I know I introduced my father, Charlie Brown in a previous BLOG, but did I mention what a character he is? He is too funny for words sometimes and always has something "spicy" to add to any occasion and he always totally gets away with it! Well his most recent was at my sister's wedding...mind you this was a Christian ceremony...and as the Pastor asked who giveth this woman to this man...Good 'ol Charlie Brown stood up proudly and said "Her mother and I do...and Mark...Git 'r Done!" Well he had the whole church laughing and even the Pastor chuckled and said "Charlie Brown, you never dissappoint!" LOL No he doesn't! I love my Daddy so much! So I'm pretty sure that Mark took his new Father-in-Law's advice and the following picture is Mark's attempt at "Gitin 'R Done"!!
You are so lucky to have such a wonderful family as your support system. Your pictures of the wedding are drop dead gorgeous and I know that Mark is very happy to be in a family that values laughter!!! There's a strong resemblance between you and your sister and even Ayva CHARLOTTE is carrying along the genes! I've been meaning to ask....Are you gainfully employed yet??? Did you finish your program at UNE? xxxooo
ReplyDeleteThanks, Cindy! We definitely are a family that loves to laugh! And I've definitely heard about that resemblance thing a few times , or so...! I'm glad I can stake a claim to some of Ayva's god looks...because I don't have the whole Blonde thing going on! LOL No employment yet, but I have to say...it's kind of nice! I have a lot of time to focus on my Master's because I'm really in the thick of the prgram right now, with some challenging projects. I finish up in the Spring...ugh! I also have had the opportunity to acompany Ayva on a filed trip and will be going on another one this Thursday...I am helping the teacher plan and organize thier Halloween Party, which is going to be QUITE the bash! And being able to bring my beaituiful little Kindergartener to school every morning and pick her up is very rewarding! <3 xoxo
